Assessment strategy
The assessment strategy of this module will involve a group and an individual coursework. Regarding the group coursework, students will have to form teams of 2-3 and prepare a report on a given case study on services marketing (approximately 3000 words; LO 1-6). Their ideas will be also presented in class. Students, in their individual coursework, will be asked to analyse a service company of their choice and provide critical proposals for improvement via a formal report of about 3.500 words (LO 1-6).
